PCSimple’s improved Housecall service provides an on-call IT expert to solve any issues found on your computer* – providing you have an adequate Internet connection. Whether your computer is a business tool, or purely for personal use, you can rely on PCSimple to keep your system working as it should … And you don’t have to live in Norfolk!

Our Housecall Contract Offers:

Rolling monthly contract with no tie-in period
Telephone support
Remote support
Onsite visits (excluding Housecall basic)
Regular proactive maintenance
Help and advice

At the heart of these services is a regular, comprehensive housekeeping and maintenance process. This process is carried out remotely and securely, with constant monitoring for potential problems, which, once identified, can be prevented.
